ELIGIBILITY: The Jaggers $500 Gift Card Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins August 5, 2026 at 8:00am ET and ends on September 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. Employees, directors, and officers of Jaggers Holdings LLC (“Jaggers”), and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, and any vendors providing services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Jaggers Affiliates”), US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment, or its members, employees and their immediate families (i.e., grandparents, parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
- Sign up for Jaggers Rewards at https://www.eatjaggers.com/account/signup or on the mobile app. Upon completion of signing up for Jaggers Rewards, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes; or
- Free alternative method of entry – You may click on this link https://forms.office.com/r/KyHaXLFptN, enter the requested information, and you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes without joining Jaggers Rewards.
Joining Jaggers Reward is optional and will not increase your chances of winning the Sweepstakes. By entering, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules as well Jaggers’ Terms of Use, which can be found at https://www.eatjaggers.com/terms-of-use, and Jaggers’ Privacy Policy which can be found at https://eatjaggers.com/privacy-policy.
PROMOTIONAL EMAILS: If you elect to enter by joining Jaggers Rewards, you will be given the option of checking box to opt into receiving promotional emails from Jaggers and another box to receive promotional push notifications from Jaggers. Opting into email communications or push notifications is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes and will not improve your chances of winning. By checking the box to receive emails, you expressly consent to receiving marketing emails from Jaggers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the emails.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON: Entries are limited to one (1) per person. Entries generated by robots or scripts are considered to be a direct violation of the Official Rules and will result in immediate disqualification of any and all associated entries. Jaggers shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only received and fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Jaggers.
DRAWING and PRIZE: On September 11, 2026 an entry will be randomly select as the Winner. Winner will receive a $500 Jaggers Gift Card (the “Prize”). The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $500. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by electronic mail or phone number, as determined solely by Jaggers. Once Winner is contacted, Winner will be emailed Prize in an electronic format. If Winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, is disqualified or refuses to agree to these Official Rules, Winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. At Jaggers’ sole discretion, Winner may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim Prize.
NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTY: Prize is awarded “AS IS”. Jaggers makes no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Prize consists only of the item listed, is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Jaggers’ sole discretion or as required by Federal, state, or local laws. Federal, state, or local taxes on Prize, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
USE OF NAME, IMAGE, OR LIKENESS: Except as otherwise prohibited by law, by entering Sweepstakes and accepting Prize, Winner grants Jaggers full rights to use Winner’s name, image, likeness, and voice in all forms of media whatsoever in any commercial marketing and promotional materials, including, but not limited to, use on social media.
NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Jaggers and Jaggers Affiliates are not responsible for and entrants release each from any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes, or Jaggers’ ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this Sweepstakes in the manner intended. Entrants further release and agree to indemnify Jaggers and the Jaggers Affiliates from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may be sustained in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of Prize; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity; (c) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials disseminated by Jaggers; and (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an entrant or Jaggers. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SYSTEM MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY INABILITY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES SUCH THAT YOUR ENTRY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO PARTICIPATE. JAGGERS, THE JAGGERS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE SHOULD ANY ENTRY NOT BE RECEIVED DUE TO SUCH DELAYS.
OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Jaggers on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Jaggers reserves the right to extend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Jaggers, in its sole discretion. Jaggers reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. JAGGERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
